  All Pack Lite dinners are satisfying one-pot vegetarian camping meals that are ready in minutes -- the

Wild Will's Wild Rice Dinner  
A wildly delicious combination of brown and wild rice mixed with broccoli florets, leeks, mushrooms, red bell peppers, and cranberries in a creamy sauce. Perfect light-weight food!

Serving size: 3 ounces, 333 calories
Price: $4.25 single, $7.75 double

Directions: In a pot add package contents to 1 1/2 cups water per serving. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes.

Ingredients: Wild rice, broccoli, brown rice, leeks, red bell pepper, mushrooms, organic dried cranberries, nonfat dry milk, unbleached flour, vegetable soup base, basil.

Mom's Pasta Primavera  
A flavorful penne pasta with lots of tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, red bell peppers, leeks, and mushrooms in a garlicky tomato sauce. Parmesan cheese packet included. An old favorite backpacking food! (vegan)

Serving size: 5 ounces, 562 calories

Directions: In a pot add package contents to 2 cups of water per serving. Bring to a boil and cook 5-7 minutes. Cover and let stand until desired thickness. Sprinkle with cheese (optional). Presoaking will shorten cooking time.

Lots of black beans and pinto beans loaded with red and green bell peppers, onion, celery, and tomatoes in a spicy tomato sauce. Zesty hiking food! (vegan)

Directions: In a pot add package contents to 1 3/4 cups water per serving. Allow to stand 5 minutes. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
