Curry Lentil Soup
Hearty lentil soup with chunks of potato and carrots and just the right
amount of curry for a smooth, rich taste. (vegan)

Directions: In a 1- 2 quart pot add
contents of soup packet to 3 cups water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5
minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
